The recruiter will be responsible for managing full cycle recruitment ensuring a high-touch positive client and candidate experience. Collaborate with TA leaders and business partners to develop and execute sourcing plans aligned with recruiting strategies, as well as developing creative ideas to attract top talent. You will work with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s). Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance. This position champions the ZEISS brand and supports the company goals and vision.
Job Description:
Advises assigned departments regarding job definitions, postings and staffing
Advises on recruiting strategy, selection of search channels, compensation structure/compensation package for specific position (in alignment with HRBP), development of target group and attractive position specific job postings
Steering of the entire recruiting process for assigned area as single point of contact
Sourcing of candidates including active sourcing and talent pools
Screening of applications and pre-selection
Steering and execution of multi-level interviews for assigned departments, possibly in two languages
Reports on recruiting activities based on KPIs and analysis
Supports of HR marketing activities
Steers external recruiting agencies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years or related experience recruiting in a corporate environment
Experience with recruiting technical positions and utilizing web-based technology for sourcing candidates
Experience in candidate sourcing solutions
Proven ability to work with confidential material
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred
Experience with Workday HR information system and SharePoint preferred
Must possess excellent communication skills with ability to work well with all levels of staff in a multicultural environment
Must be highly motivated and organized
