• Responsible for screening, recruiting, telephone interviewing, qualifying and selecting Company Driver applicants for driver positions
• Review driver candidate applications for job fit and compliance and conduct telephone interviews to evaluate skills for potential placement
• Responsible for driver recruiting calls and inquiries
• Ensure recruiting goals are achieved in a timely manner
• Ensure positive candidate experience through customer service, timely communication and respond effectively to candidate’s needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Degree required
• One year of previous driver recruiting experience preferred
• A high degree of professionalism in all business interactions, both internally and externally
• Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping and follow-up skills
• General experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task
