Donaldson is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be detail orientated and have a passion for working with Early Career talent and programs while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruiting strategies related to early career talent (high school, college, and new grad programs), from job postings to closing candidates

  • Build and develop relationships with schools including career services, faculty, student organizations and diversity associations

  • Assist with the summer internship program; including manager and intern orientations, development and engagement activities, performance management and post-graduate offer conversion offers

  • Develop network and source candidates to respond to workforce demands using tools such as social media, career events, and recruiting technology

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with building sourcing strategies and market analysis

  • Provide backup to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with tracking of candidate background checks and onboarding items

  • Assist with other recruiting activities as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1 + years of early talent recruiting

  • 1+ years of working with alumni, faculty, students, and underrepresented populations

  • Strong documentation, organization skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and business partner/candidate relationships, with a sense of urgency when needed

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to travel for campus visits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, internet sourcing tools, including Workday, LinkedIn, and Handshake Premium

Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office; Average of 3 days in Bloomington Office
