In this role, you will:
Lead and execute multiple complex initiatives with broad impact. This includes creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations, using reporting tools and Excel to analyze and summarize data, and creating stakeholder engagement plans.
Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines. Demonstrate strong project and program management skills.
Lead with data, review and analyze complex larger-scale or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Skillfully analyze data and summarize findings to support recommendations. Tell the story with both quantitative and qualitive talent data to make effective decisions and solve problems.
Drive the maturation of organizational development and effectiveness by providing thought leadership on various topics.
Design progressive strategies and solutions that result in engaged employees and highly successful managers and leaders. Develop and maintain toolkits and resources for organizational development and effectiveness.
Support talent and leadership assessments using a variety of tools and validation efforts. Analyze, interpret, and present leadership assessment results in a concise and actionable way.
Partner across Wells Fargo, leading cross-functional teams, to define strategies and lead them through execution and sustainment to drive meaningful change.
Ensure visibility and viability of initiatives and impacts through communication, collaboration, and engagement.
Recognize interpersonal and group dynamics, understand implications of conflict, and use root cause analysis to evaluate areas for improvement.
Demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive data.
Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and leaders to resolve issues, mitigate risk, and achieve goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years leadership experience
4+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources or related experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action from within a center of excellence or client -facing role.
Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
Experience with program and project management.
Experience with multiple analytic techniques, assessment methodologies, and related tools.
Experience as an executive coach and leadership advisor.
Knowledge of organizational development frameworks, theories, and best practices with the proven ability to apply theories practically in a business environment.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations with demonstrated resiliency, adaptability, and commitment during times of change.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to adapt approach to meet diverse audience needs. This includes the ability to present to senior executive leadership.
Strategic consulting experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Position Locations Include: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX– position will REQUIRE onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement.
