Position Summary

Bold Orange is looking to hire an in-house recruiter to spearhead talent solutions for a wide variety of technical positions. In this role, you will directly impact one of our most valuable assets: our people. You will lead the charge for finding top talent to join our organization by developing comprehensive and tailored recruitment strategies that meet ongoing business needs and building strong relationships with hiring managers, interview teams and candidates. The ideal fit for this role is someone who is enthusiastic about identifying, sourcing, engaging and hiring exceptional candidates and values creating an extraordinary, human-led candidate experience, end to end.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies that build a healthy pipeline of talented candidates for open and future roles within a growing customer experience agency
  • Proactively source and screen candidates while continuously innovating new ways to attract talent
  • Manage multiple open roles and candidates with thorough follow-thru and consistent communication
  • Build strong relationships at all levels of the agency in a wide variety of areas, establishing credibility as a trusted partner
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure you are meeting their hiring needs and goals
  • Write inclusive, marketable, and succinct job postings that attract a broad and diverse range of candidates
  • Manage accurate and timely candidate information, reporting and communications
  • Consistently communicate best practices to enable an inclusive interview process and prevent bias
  • Ensure a positive and seamless, human-led candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle
  • Work to create the ultimate candidate and client experience every time

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of demonstrated recruitment experience proactively sourcing high-performing talent in the areas of digital, strategy, analytics, media and technology
  • Established talent network (in the disciplines above) outside of the Midwest
  • Paycor ATS experience a plus
  • Passion for elevating talent and creating connection
  • Creative problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work in an engaging and fun environment that is dynamic and fast-paced
