Supply Chain Talent Manager

As the Supply Chain Talent Manager, you will partner with the Supply Chain Talent Strategy Business Team and College Recruiting to help manage and evolve our Supply Chain talent management programs.

You will work closely with the Supply Chain Talent Strategy Director on the creation and administration of new talent management programs. Bring your passion for people development to help foster growth in early and mid-career professionals. In this role you will have TAP Associates reporting to you. This position is remote (virtual) and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach interns and TAPs on projects using continuous improvement and lean manufacturing tools

  • Managing TAP Associates

  • Develop and lead training programs

  • Support college recruitment efforts on campus and with MANRRS/HBCU teams in order to recruit and retain top talent

  • Develop and lead training programs

  • Develop and report on various metrics, including projects, hiring, retention and other program metrics

  • Identify areas for improvement to support supply chain talent management

Required education/experience/skills:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree

  • 5+ year leadership experience in a Supply Chain environment (Manufacturing, QA, Sourcing, Logistics, Engineering, Continuous Improvement)

  • Presentation Skills

  • Creativity, flexibility, adaptability, and agility

  • Analytical capability to make data driven decisions to drive improvements to the strategy and programs

Preferred education/experience:

  • Training in Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma

  • Project leadership experience

Salary range: $90,000-110,000
