About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Sourcing Consultant to support the Contractor Resource process. This is a highly tactical operations role.
In this role, you will:
Support hiring managers across Wells Fargo with their contractor request needs, providing requisition management from creation to offer
Provide support to manager to understand role and job title based on skills and experience requested
Work with preferred suppliers to ensure timely submission of resumes and candidate coordination and management in line with Wells Fargo needs
Conduct resume review and provide short list of candidates
Work with manager and supplier to conduct interviews and make offers to successful contingent resource candidates
Negotiate rates and drive cost savings in line with targets
Provide hiring trends and fulfilment metrics
Identify roadblocks in hiring process
Provide reports and other information as requested
Proactively work with the business on upcoming needs and relationship management activity
Build and maintain relationships with the business and vendor(s)
Required Qualifications, US:
2+ years of Sourcing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years in a staffing / recruitment environment (including talent acquisition or managed service provider roles)
Strong Microsoft office skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Experience in a customer service and support environment
Experience setting up applications/systems for different vendors
Experience working in financial services
Experience with vendor management systems such as Beeline
Available locations: Charlotte, NC – Minneapolis, MN – Chandler, AZ – St. Louis, MO – West Des Moines, IA – New York, NY – Summit, NJ – Wilmington, DE – Philadelphia, PA – Dallas, TX – Addison, TX. Hybrid work location expectation - 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00 Annual
