Job Description

The Corporate Functions recruiting Team is hiring. The team works to support Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit. They are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support the Internal Audit department. In this role, you'll use your prior experience attracting and sourcing Internal Audit talent to find the best people in the market for U.S. Bank openings. A consultative and creative approach will be critical in support of this team. You'll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, Workday and other tools to source talent.

Location: position can be based hybrid in Minneapolis, MN, Milwaukee, WI, Charlotte, NC, Saint Louis, MO, Cincinnati, OH, Atlanta, GA, Portland, OR, Denver, CO, Irving, TX, Pittsburgh, PA or Chicago, IL.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of recruiting experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Prior experience recruiting for audit talent

- Highly collaborative and consultative

- Skilled relationship builder

- Experience in Workday, Phenom or similar ATS /CRM systems
- Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
- Effective project management skills
- Strong marketing and recruitment network skills
- Well-developed to review and understand data, trends and metrics
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $95,540.00 - $112,400.00 - $123,640.00
