Position Summary:

RSM US is looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Senior Coordinator for our growing Talent Acquisition (TA) team.  This client service-oriented TA professional will play a key role in enhancing both our candidate and client experience, all while ensuring the highest degree of operational excellence across our talent acquisition team

Essential Duties:

  • Sets the stage for the RSM candidate experience and ensure flawless execution of every element of the interview process
  • Takes ownership of all strategic recruiting activities in order to meet business needs which includes:
  • Adding and maintaining job requisitions in ATS
  • Planning and executing campus events, in-office interview days and other campus-related events
  • Scheduling candidate interviews and managing all interview logistics (e.g. candidate itineraries, conference rooms, greeters, AV technology, etc.)
  • Assist in booking candidate travel as needed
  • Initiating and managing the candidate background check and reference check processes; escalate issues as needed
  • Creating offer letters
  • Reviews, evaluates and qualifies prospective campus applicants by leveraging college job boards, career center student portals and other technology tools; proactively engages candidates in the campus recruiting process
  • Plays a key role in driving RSM’s brand awareness on-campus
  • Assists in maintaining the campus recruiting budget
  • Supports in driving day-to-day TA strategies to further drive the team’s operational excellence across compliance and system utilization
  • Collaborates with candidates and across both the TA, HR and Learning & Professional Development (LPD) teams during the onboarding/orientation process to ensure the highest degree of candidate care
  • Operates in alignment with TA team objectives, policies and procedures
  • Maintains, monitors and analyzes TA Coordinator reports with detailed and accurate information; runs reports as needed
  • Working closely with the Campus Leads on project work to ensure campus programs are efficiently and strategically run
  • Assists in making recommendations for process improvement to further drive results and solutions across the TA enterprise
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting a talent acquisition team or in a similar operations capacity
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with strong proficiency in Excel
  • Prior experience with recruitment technologies preferred (e.g. ATS, CRM)
  • Demonstrated experience with planning & prioritization, risk identification & management and time & productivity management
  • Impeccable follow-up and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability use good judgement with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
  • Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to influence and resolve operational issues
  • Strong critical thinking and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a professional services environment
  • Experience working in a matrix environment in a global organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
