Job Description
U.S. Bank’s HR Strategy and Operations teams is hiring for a skilled Talent Acquisition Product Owner to join the team. The work of this department centers around: HR Service functions, HR Technology and Products, People analytics, and Workforce Planning. The Talent Acquisition Product Owner reports to the Head of HR Strategy and Operations.
In this role, you’ll advocate for a strong product culture across a portfolio of products that combine to create a great experience for candidates, leaders, alumni, contingent workers, and employees. The types of business processes within scope include, onboarding, background check, all hiring (campus, executives, class based), I-9, employment contracts, contingent workers, career sites and Phenom CRM. This team leverages Agile methodology to manage projects. The tools include Workday, Phenom, Beeline, Equifax, Hire Right, ServiceNow and First Advantage. Additional tools may be added to the portfolio based on business needs. Success in this role will rely on the ability to connect and build relationships with senior stakeholders. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Expertise in the Talent space (recruiting/Talent acquisition)
- Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog
- Coach/Mentor approach, ability to influence and lead
- Innovation, strategic vision across the expanse of total reward product
- Resourceful, curious, and adept at making difficult decisions
- Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value, and prioritization of work
- Considerable understanding and demonstrated abilities in support of the Lean/Agile mindset
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
