We are actively seeking a Talent Sourcer for a temporary assignment to support the growth and future success of Orchard Brands. This is a Hybrid Role and can be based in either the Atlanta, GA Market or the Minneapolis, MN Market.

The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities within the Talent Acquisition team. This Role will coordinate and execute sourcing activities while working closely with recruiters, hiring managers,  and other members of the Talent Acquisition/HR Team. Other activities include managing the various sourcing channels and the company’s talent pool and regularly interacting with both active and passive candidates. A successful Talent Sourcer is a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.


  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition/Hiring Teams to gain a deeper understanding of open Roles to create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Has a strong working knowledge of and uses a diverse array of proactive sourcing strategies to identify and connect with qualified passive and active candidates. This includes: Boolean searches, Job Board Sourcing, Social Media and Database Sourcing, Professional Networks etx.
  • Proactively builds, maintains, and utilizes the Company’s Talent Pool.
  • Drafts and sends engaging outreach emails to qualified candidates and follows up accordingly.
  • Consistently meets pre-determined sourcing metrics for each Role.
  • Accurately updates and maintains internal ATS systems and records KPIs and Metrics.
  • Follows up on all Internal Referrals in a timely manner.
  • Is an Advocate not only for the company but also for a first-class candidate experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar OR 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced Sourcing/Recruiting Environment OR a combination of Education and Experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to work with confidential information.
  • High level knowledge and ability in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR intranet and databases.
  • Organized and focused with strong attention to detail.  Is consistent and acts with a sense of urgency responding to both external and internal customers.
  • Self-directed with the ability to take direction from multiple leaders.
  • Not intimidated by ambiguity, able to logically seek out resources.
  • Professional and personable with the ability to connect with a wide array of internal and external individuals.
  • Previous experience in Fulfillment, Retail, IT, Finance and Design/Product Development sourcing is a plus.
