Job Summary:

Participates in and at times, may lead in the creation, delivery and management of a broad array of talent programs and talent cycles. This may include: Change Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Review and Performance Management. A key responsibility is to build relationships with HR Business Partners, other HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to align talent program strategies and meet business priorities. The ability to develop and manage projects, communication, and change plans in a fast paced environment is a strength of this role.

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

  • Program Management
    • Develops and manages project, communication and change plans for Talent programs; leads projects from planning, to execution and sustainment.
    • Influences and updates leaders at all levels – gaining executive sponsorship and leader alignment is key.
    • Develops measurement plans, analyzes results, develops and provides reporting.
  • Program Development
    • Participates in the creation of Talent Program strategies; understands business priorities and challenges, aligns program solutions to needs and business goals.
    • Develops support resources, materials and collateral.
  • Provides strategic program consulting to HR Business partners.
  • .Facilitates assessment feedback as needed using various tools and programs
    • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or other related field required
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA or other related field preferred
  • 5 to 7 years experience in Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Development and Effectiveness or related experience required
  • 3 to 7 years experience with medium-large organizational implementation, delivering across the company/businesses. Project/program management experience required
  • Engagement survey experience preferred
  • Prosci Change Management or similar change management methodology preferred
