Talent Management Coordinator

The Talent Management Coordinator is an integral member of the Global HR Team and will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams with critical candidate and employee processes, programs, and tools. This position reports to the Director of Talent Management and will engage with multiple functions within the organization.

•    Provide communications, scheduling and/or logistics support for events, meetings, and trainings including but not limited to: HR meetings, Global Leadership Conference, Club 25, and Kids Day
•    Program ownership for Global Recognition program, Leading Edge. This includes partnership with external vendors, coordination of the nomination process, and executing the recognition event. This also includes group travel arrangements and/or payment of cash award.
•    Support the administration and execution of Talent Management programs, processes, and systems including but not limited to: tuition reimbursement, scholarship program, pre-employment screenings, Tennant University LMS administration, employee filing, invoice processing, managing job postings, and verifying employee referrals in MyHR,
•    Responsible for internal and external interview scheduling including travel arrangements when applicable.
•    Support the creation, design, revision, translations and formatting of Talent Management related training, materials and tools.
•    Execute registration and logistics for external job fairs and hiring events.
•    Monitor HR inbox, respond to questions/requests, escalate as needed.
•    Administration of GLT and HR distribution lists. Ensure HR org chart is kept up to date in Intranet.

•    2+ years experience in customer service, administrative, or coordinator role.
•    Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software (especially, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Customer oriented and service aptitude; commitment to positive customer experience.
•    Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong follow-through skills and project management skills.
•    Overall aptitude for learning technologies quickly and providing support for system users.
•    Self-directed learner who seeks opportunities to develop additional skills. Independently and proficiently applies knowledge and skills.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
•    Ability to work independently in a diverse and fast paced environment with competing priorities.
•    Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong follow-through skills and project management skills.
•    Experience with HRIS or Applicant tracking tool a plus.
•    Experience using e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Audacity, Camtasia, Photoshop or Illustrator a plus.
