BWBR seeks a Talent Development Manager to join our firm. As a core member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Development Manager acts as a strategic partner to identify, attract, retain, and develop talent. You will implement people focused Talent Development solutions to human resources and business challenges. You will be responsible for developing talent through their entire life cycle.

You will establish and execute learning and training programs, organizational and employee development, talent management, onboarding, coaching, and engagement for all employees. This work is ideally done with a passion for data analysis so we can track and measure the return on investment and an eye for identifying and closing talent and organizational skill gaps, improving organizational effectiveness, and aligning the overall talent strategy to business strategy for growth and transformation of team members.

What You Will Do

• Apply creativity and innovation to attract, retain and develop top talent.

• Develop and maintain recruiting strategies and metrics such as diversity, cost of hire, and time to fill which are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruiting process and drives continuous improvement.

• Train and oversee the organization and execution of learning programs: internal classes, events, and external vendor presentations.

• Work with office committees and office leadership to create and implement vibrant programs in the areas of learning, professional development, executive coaching, and training to increase talent performance and strengthen organizational culture.

• Provide in-house support to new and existing BWBR employees through talent integration, on-boarding, ongoing coaching, trainings, and learning opportunities.

• Lead regular new-hire learning orientation, trainings, workshops, and courses.

• Establish and manage firm-wide learning and development calendar.

• Act as a licensure champion, determining best practices, building resources, and supporting the licensure achievement and celebration process.

• Own communications, reporting, and metrics around professional memberships expenses.

• Maintain annual learning budget.

• Work closely with the accounting team to manage reimbursements, registration fees, and memberships dues.

• Cultivate a creative, innovative, and nurturing environment through various departments by maintaining an effective coaching/mentoring program through our Performance Accountability Advisor (PA2) process.

• Perform Talent Mapping analysis of staff – analyze skills, competencies, and capabilities to determine staff’s talent potential and individual career development path.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required. Master’s degree in organizational Behavior, Organizational Change Management, or Adult Education a plus.

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources; Learning and Development, Training and Recruiting.

• Results driven approach to talent development, with strong analytical skills and experience evaluating, predicting, and measuring the ROI of people programs.

• Ability to embed a diversity, equity and inclusion lens to all talent management processes optimizing programs to advance the firms strategies to fight inequities.

• Strong interpersonal communications skills and flexibility.

• Strong management and coaching capabilities.

• Ability to inspire and lead with curiosity, creativity, and compassion.

• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills

• Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships

• Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of InDesign a plus

• Experience facilitating and leading training for audiences of all sizes, in-person and virtually, with a high level of executive presence.

• Experience with collecting and analyzing data on efficacy of training programs and making recommendations for improvement. Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, and HRIS systems a plus.
