Talent Acquisition Scout

The Talent Acquisition Scout will utilize research, phone calls, databases, pipelines, and the applicant tracking system to identify, qualify and present candidates for open positions. You will work to build strong relationships with external candidates, the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers. In addition to scouting for top talent, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team who are passionate about recruiting and the candidate experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Source for assigned requisitions and build talent pipelines with relevant candidates across multiple business units.
•    Regularly develop and build talent pipelines/pools/maps for critical functions or key hiring initiatives.
•    Partner with Recruiters to gain an understanding of current talent needs.
•    Apply sourcing techniques leveraging social/business networks, blogs, and search engines to build a pipeline of talent.
•    Effectively utilize recruiting systems and resources to ensure accurate candidate documentation.
•    Use candidate marketing methodologies that generate relevant prospects for talent needs.
•    Draft and send out recruiting emails to potential candidates.
•    Promote Cambria employee brand to all candidates on various platforms.
•    Stay informed of industry and functional trends by reviewing relevant information channels.
•    Continuously seek new and innovative ways to improve the sourcing process and attract new talent.


•    Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
•    Experience in sourcing, candidate development in a fast-paced environment
•    Advanced user knowledge of technology and online sourcing and research tools
•    Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
•    Sourcing/research skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions; possess a keen eye for talent with ability to quickly qualify candidates
•    Solid verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
•    Effective time-management abilities
•    Thrives in an ever-changing environment, ability to be a strong change agent with multiple internal stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, team members)
•    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships; collaborative and values being an effective contributor to Talent Acquisition team

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business related field
Experience: 2-3 years Talent Sourcing experience in agency or corporate recruiting structure
Systems: Google Suite, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), proficiency with multiple sourcing tools and recruiting platforms

Travel Requirements: May be required to travel to other Cambria locations

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
