Full Time Minnesota Recruiter Internship



Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding internship opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This paid internship is a hands-on opportunity with the Talent Acquisition team at Cambria’s locations in Eden Prairie and Le Sueur Minnesota for the summer of 2022. Coming into the internship, this Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for completing project-based ventures assigned by their mentor.

Essentials Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn and utilize Cambria’s Applicant Tracking System
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post job openings on different platforms
  • Review applications/resumes of incoming candidates based on the job requirements
  • Conduct phone or in person interviews with qualified candidates
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Execute effective communication on staffing activities with applicants and provides staffing recaps to Talent Acquisition team
  • Participate in job fairs and assists in the implementation of recruitment initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality with all records and information
  • Collect and present findings to leadership groups at the end of the summer
  • Uphold company culture and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality and teamwork
  • Maintain a positive and energetic interface with all staff members, provide direction as well as be a leader and teacher at all times

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Current Junior; graduating in 2023-2024 and pursuing a Business, Human Resources or related degree

Experience: Previous customer service, retail or project-based experience

Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office

Internship Time Period: May 23rd - August 12th, 2022, 40 hours a week

Travel Requirements: 40% local travel to other Cambria locations required

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds for career fair and marketing materials.
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
