CareAparent is seeking to hire a full-time entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR department. This role will play a key role in the recruiting process for our Caregiver and CNA roles including evaluating candidates' prerequisite qualifications through phone conversations, and scheduling of Caregiver and CNA interviews. This role will work closely with the HR team to establish and maintain an effective result-based recruiting strategy and processes.

If YOU have the following, CareAparent wants to hear from you:

· Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Work effectively with internal & external individuals, in person and on the phone.

· Demonstrated use of effective sourcing, interviewing and project management experience.

· Open to occasional local travel.

· Professional HR/Recruiting experience with prior interviewing experience

· ApplicantPro or Tracking Software experience and/or advanced Excel knowledge

· Knowledge of contemporary recruiting technologies
