Pentair is currently seeking a Campus Recruiting Leader to lead Early Careers Recruiting across the United States. This role is designed to satisfy future leadership and succession needs by identifying and hiring top talent as they graduate from undergrad or graduate programs and leading summer internship programming. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and accountability for Pentair's Early Careers Recruiting Programs, including direct responsibility for the program budget, staff management and ROI for the organization
  • Work with corporate communications and business leaders to develop marketing strategies and collateral
  • Lead and participate in the execution of fall and spring campus recruiting events and process
  • Manage summer internship program, processes, engagement and conversion strategies
  • Manage university and student partnerships with a significant focus on engaging with diverse student communities
  • Manage ongoing program metrics including development and tracking to provide leadership with strategic insights including ROI, opportunities for improvement and progress against program goals. Additionally, use data to guide day to day decision making and ensure program is positioned for success and proactively identify risks to targeted outcomes.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s (BS/BA) Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  Master’s degree in HR related field a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years working within a mature Campus Recruiting Program
  • Prior experience leading a team or program, with ultimate accountability for outcomes
  • Strong experience using MS 365 tools to support collaboration and consistent presentation of materials
  • Intense curiosity and passion for learning while working in a high paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed work environment
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
