Primary Objective:

This role will utilize research, phone calls, databases, pipelines, and the applicant tracking system to identify, qualify and present candidates for open positions.  The incumbent will build strong relationships with external candidates, the Talent team and hiring managers.  Remote only available for two days a week.

Major Areas of Accountability:

  1. Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
  2. Co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy.
  3. Work together with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop candidate profiles.
  4. Draft and send out recruiting emails to potential candidates.
  5. Promote MTS employee brand to all candidates on various platforms.
  6. Able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business or related program or 8 years of equivalent experience

Experience:  Demonstrated affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.

Proficiency with sourcing tools, HR and Applicant Tracking systems and databases.

3 years of Talent Sourcing experience.

Travel Requirements: Expected travel averaging 25%, domestic and international

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 5 years of Talent Sourcing experience
