Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology

The Flex Recruitment Associate Manager will oversee Flex Services Recruiting demand from MyScheduling demand entry to assigning roles. This role will lead the team of contract and full time recruiters to fill Technology and Operations Agility Services demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to implement recruiting strategies designed to deliver quality recruits within time to fill and cost per position targets and many other metrics and SLAs

  • Review and validate incoming demand in MyScheduling and assigning to the appropriate recruiter

  • Provide day to day supervision to recruiters on demand intake, sourcing, candidate management, and hiring execution while understanding the supply demand for this business

  • Serve as the point of escalation for the team, will serve as the contact for business leadership for issue resolution and serve as the first level escalation point for recruiters to resolve recruiting issues

  • Provide day to day direction to recruiters on recruiting skills assessment, negotiation, selling, client management, compensation, processes and tools


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years' of work experience

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in recruitment environment

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in candidate sourcing

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in candidate relationship management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understands tracking and managing data

  • Experience in new joiner hiring

  • Experience in recruiting systems knowledge

  • Operations management

  • Project management

  • Leading teams

  • MyScheduling experience

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Proven leadership abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must display professionalism and confidence

  • Strong organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills

  • Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 62,700-143,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
