About the Role:
• This role will oversee the US and Canadian Talent Acquisition function. You will be responsible for an incredible team of recruiters and help them support our incredibly talented hiring managers.
• The position will work with senior management to execute company talent strategies and also own the talent acquisition metrics within the US business.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead a team of talented recruiters in Minneapolis, MN or Austin, TX
• Develop key relationships with executives and senior leaders across the US
• Help develop early-career and university recruiting programs
• Use data to make informed decisions and drive hiring conversations
• Collaborate with peers to develop best in class recruiting services
What You Need to Succeed:
• 8+ years of recruiting experience
• 3+ years leading and developing employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
• Experience in a recruitment agency or TA functions
• Experience working for a high growth tech company
