Job Description
The Campus Recruiting Program Manager partners with HR business partners, line managers, and outside experts to design, develop and implement programs to achieve key business outcomes through maximizing employee engagement, developing leaders, managing talent and ensuring employees view U.S. Bank as an employer of choice.
These programs leverage content areas such as: talent acquisition programs, career development, employee engagement, recruiting training, reporting, and survey/assessment methods. Examples of programs include (but are not limited to): Onboarding, high school programs, campus programs, MBA programs, internal mobility initiatives, DEI efforts, etc.
Will partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives, programs, and/or projects by: Acting as subject matter expert for assigned content area; conducting in-depth assessment and diagnosis using established methods to determine targeted solutions for the assigned group; aligning assigned content area strategies with business strategies; translating this research and the benchmarking of assigned content area's best practices into high impact programs and initiatives that improve business results. May utilize evaluation tools and metrics to measure effectiveness of initiatives, programs, and/or projects, as well as develop marketing and communication plans.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong program design capabilities
- Solid understanding of assigned discipline, content area or center of expertise
- Strong client relationship, consulting, and diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and success with all levels of organization
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including listening for understanding, as well as facilitation and leadership skills
- Strong project management and systems management experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources
