Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the full lifecycle recruitment process for our open requisitions. The TA Partner will possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical and relationship management skills. Talent acquisition in a fast-growing company requires a high level of creativity, agility and a willingness to keep an up to date understanding of each area of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will establish relationships with hiring managers and business partners across the business to better understand their needs, and identify effective recruiting strategies
  • Recruit all levels of candidates including niche, technical and specialized talent
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner
  • Continue to execute and improve TA strategies to drive Total Expert’s diversity, inclusion, equity & belonging efforts to ensure that we are always building upon our employer brand within the market
  • Create a positive candidate experience with timely and thoughtful communication throughout the TA process
  • Drive the offer process for your candidates, including negotiating and closing competitive offers
  • Manage jobs in Workable (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter and provide regular progress reporting
  • Embrace a philosophy of continuous improvement to ensure a great recruiting process and candidate experience for each candidate
  • Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices
  • Initiate onboarding process for each new hire
  • Identify and take part in year-round recruiting events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience. We strongly prefer candidates who have strong experience recruiting for roles across technical and non-technical teams in a technology organization
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, psychology or sociology
  • Advanced proficiency in closing senior level candidates and negotiating offers
  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions
  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
