Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Full Time Minnesota Recruiter Job
We're seeking a full-time professional to join the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leaders to engage and recruit talent for Deluxe.
Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the recruiting efforts of full-cycle recruitment. (ex. scheduling interview, book and manage travel expenses for candidates, etc.)
Assist with posting to external job boards and maintaining quality of postings.
Support intern and diversity recruitment & in-house event planning and coordination
Assist with running Workday reports
Assist with Workday candidate record management and candidate inquiries.
Assist with OFCCP education and compliance
Assist TA team with special projects
Assist with other administrative requests as needed
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
- Education and Experience: HS/GED and 0 years
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Education:Associate’s in Business, Human Resources
- Experience:1 year of experience working in a recruiting coordinator role
