Starkey is looking for a tenacious, self-starting senior technical recruiter to support our fast-growing, innovative research & development team. This person will identify and recruit highly sought-after engineering professionals from tech to executive in the areas of research, systems, machine learning, RF engineering and others. What we do:

Provide creative and effective full life-cycle recruiting solutions to complex technical recruiting issues

Have a demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform with a high sense of urgency

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand needs and influence a results-oriented recruiting experience

Generate a diverse pool of candidates for Starkey’s technical positions (all levels) through strategic and innovative sourcing strategies

Coach hiring managers on interview techniques to evaluate technical acumen and competency

Effectively negotiate offers to influence candidate engagement and strong sense of value in working at Starkey

Partner with and manage external agencies to source technical talent

Support and drive early-career opportunities and internship programs through college recruiting efforts

Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Partner with immigration attorney where applicable

Manage agreements with external recruitment vendors

Handle reporting and metrics for R&D Leadership and finance

Additional Details

Position is based at Starkey headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN with some opportunity to work from home

May travel to attend various career fairs or training conferences

Requirements

Education: 4-year degree or equivalent required

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in technical recruiting/talent acquisition –preferably in engineering disciplines

Knowledge of immigration practices
