Are you a Senior Technical Recruiter looking to be a part of a fast-growing software company?
The Technical Recruiter will align HR initiatives by providing recruiting/hiring expertise to support all business needs. In this role you will be responsible for hiring technical positions across Calabrio’s Product Development, IT, and Cloud teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Be a Strategic Partner: Drive full cycle recruitment process partnering with hiring teams and talent operations to define recruiting strategies to attract and hire great talent. Own the full candidate lifecycle for a variety of roles within our Technical Organizations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent selection.
Build Talent Pipeline: Design and build a talent pipeline across all regions and assigned departments, including non-traditional and diverse sources.
Design Exceptional Candidate Experiences: Create remarkable hiring experiences for both candidates and our hiring teams by driving process improvements to help make the hiring process more effective, efficient, and positive for both hiring managers and candidates.
Craft Talent Brand: Play a role in the talent teams goals around continuously refining and improving our employer brand. Wherever and whenever possible add to our brand by showcasing Calabrio’s values and culture.
Champion Calabrio’s Brand/Values: Partner with HR on strategic initiatives including Diversity, Belonging & Inclusion, Corporate Giving, University Recruiting, recruiting campaigns and events.
WHAT SKILLS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Fully knowledgeable of recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods/networking and compensation strategies to attract highly technical talent.
Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems is required, Workday preferred.
Desire to work in a highly technical organization.
Proven organizational skills and the ability to succeed in an environment with competing demands.
Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO APPLY?
6-8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in house or with top tier agency or retained search firm.
2+ years of experience recruiting on software engineering, and other highly technical positions.
Experience recruiting technical roles in a high-growth SaaS company, preferred.
