Expectations

This position will follow established policies and procedures to complete routine assignments. Able to follow instructions, prioritize duties, and comply with deadlines. Generally given substantial guidance but expected to be self-directed once trained. A high level of confidentiality is required, as well as the ability to work effectively with a variety of audiences. Attention to detail and professional communication skills are required.

Talent Acquisition

  • Provides pre-employment support during high-volume application
  • Supports Talent Acquisition Specialist coordinator duties
  • Process team member housing

Total Rewards

  • Assists with mailings, including mail merges and mass mailings
  • Assists Total Rewards in preparing for annual open enrollment
  • Sends benefit summary notifications and HRIS access instructions to terminated team members.
  • Provides administrative support during team member termination, including verification of termination of benefits, spreadsheet tracking, and workflow
    • Provides support for routine Support Center tickets
    • Assists in the maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles on the Support Center
    • Responds to employment and wage verification requests
    • Maintains electronic personnel files
    • Assist in supporting leaders with meetings, venues, and Workers Compensation

Business Partner

  • Maintains organizational charts and team member updates on a regular basis.
  • Supports Review processes, including but not limited to annual Performance and Goal reviews, 360 reviews, and any other ad hoc reviews
  • Assists in organizing quarterly Town Halls and Team Connects, including team member recognition.
  • Assists with Newsletter articles on various topics related to Talent & Culture
  • Responds to unemployment insurance inquiries and requests for documentation.
  • Responds to Multiple Worksite Report requests

General

  • Provides support for routine Support Center ticket assignments.
  • Assists in the maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles on the Support Center
  • Responds to employment and wage verification requests
  • Maintains electronic personnel files
  • Assist in supporting leaders with meetings, venues, and support requests

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Travel

Travel is not expected but could result in unusual business need.

Qualifications

  • Education and/or Experience: High school diploma/GED required, and 2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
