Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Recruiting team!
As a Senior Talent Sourcer you will partner with Recruiters to understand business line needs and gain a thorough understanding of roles organization wide. You will use various channels to build a diverse pool of candidates and create talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Responsibilities include:
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
Use an array of sourcing strategies and tools to develop and qualify top talent to present to a hiring or recruiting teams
Maintain relationships with candidate until hire, and work closely with Recruiter to fulfill the hiring goals for the firm
Ability to manage conversations with candidates including salary negotiation and dispositioning
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Own candidate management, qualifying interviews, develop and maintain candidate pipelines of additional prospects for current and future openings
Communicate with past applicants and prospects regarding new job opportunities

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of recruiting experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
Experience in sourcing, candidate development in a fast-paced environment
Advanced user knowledge of technology and online sourcing and research tools
Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs) ex. Workday, Avature
Sourcing/research skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions; possess a keen eye for talent with ability to quickly qualify candidates
Name generation and/or organizational mapping experience preferred
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities
