CLA is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for our People Solutions Team at CLA to support our tremendous growth - multiple locations are being considered - see posting details or inquire at [email protected]

This person will be recruiting for various levels and positions across the firm with a focus on attracting industry professionals in tax, audit, assurance, accounting and finance in the public accounting and professional services arena.

This corporate role will assist in identifying and defining hiring needs and collaborating with a variety of internal clients to hire the best talent for CLA.

They will perform full life cycle recruiting including proactive sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and closing offers. They will perform proactive candidate searches via the web, employee referrals, unsolicited resumes, and social networking. They will also partner with a variety of internal sourcers to help facilitate candidate activity.

A successful senior level recruiter should possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail for critical client serving roles in order to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions based on key business needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Four years of experience recruiting in a corporate setting (public accounting preferred) or finance and accounting staffing firm.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or business-related field or five years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking system such as Workday is preferred
  • General understanding of OFCCP/AAP Guidelines is highly preferred
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience highly preferred
