Job Description

Mirantis is adding a Technical Recruiter to our team!  The Talent Acquisition team at Mirantis is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring exceptionally qualified candidates. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate with Mirantis’ international talent acquisition teams. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, and quality-driven results to internal and external customers.

The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline. The best candidate will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, candidates and other recruiters. He/she has a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client management and organization, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, has an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrates good judgement and a sense of urgency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow through a variety of channels

  • Collaborating with global recruitment team to source and identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, web sourcing and other sourcing methods

  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring of critical IT profiles, including scaling sourcing methodologies and tools to meet the growing need for passive candidate generation

  • Participating in multiple recruitment related projects (market analysis, in-house training for interviewers, internship program, technical meetups organization etс

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, four year college degree preferred

  • Significant experience managing recruiting and sourcing functions for a recruitment agency or in-house talent acquisition team

  • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools

  • Experience generating a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines

  • Exceptional screening and interviewing skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners and candidates

  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced and quickly changing work environment

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to comprehend business needs and structure

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

  • Experience recruiting or sourcing for a global enterprise preferred

  • Experience sourcing for a broad range of both technical and non-technical talent preferred
