The Talent Acquisition Manager at Life Time will be responsible for the strategic direction of both recruiting, and talent management for our Corporate or Club locations. They will work closely with our Recruiters and Talent Sourcers to manage the sourcing, selection, interviewing and employment processes. The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with the various businesses to stay abreast of staffing trends, turnover, engagement, and talent management initiatives. They will closely partner with HR and the Talent Acquisition leadership team to review and optimize all Recruitment and hiring processes, keeping the candidate experience at the forefront.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures the development of innovative, efficient, and cost effective recruiting strategies and executes plans which deliver the talent to meet organizational needs
  • Offers training and leadership to hiring managers and business partners
  • Ensures assigned team members utilize best practices and techniques to provide state-of-the-art recruiting expertise to the organization
  • Develops, cultivates, and maintains internal and external relationships in the identification and retention of top talent
  • Ensures effective candidate management methods are utilized at all stages of the recruiting and selection process
  • Ensures an efficient and productive on boarding, training and development plan, and performance management
  • Makes recommendations for vendor management including third party search firm selection, contract management, and fee structures
  • Partners effectively with Senior Director of Life Time University in the delivery of enterprise-wide talent needs

​Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years experience of direct recruitment
  • Knowledge in conducting or managing executive-level search assignments
  • Proven track record in managing a team of recruiting professionals within a complex, fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of a complex recruiting environment with previous responsibility within a corporate environment and/or executive search vendor
