At Fairview, the demand for compassionate & quality care has never been greater. As a result, we are seeking qualified Recruiting Assistants to join our Talent Acquisition Team on a temporary basis.
This remote role supports the recruitment function by scheduling candidate interviews, reviewing employment applications, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers.
These assignments are projected to last through the COVID-19 pandemic season and are a great opportunity to gain HR work experience in a fast-paced HR department.
Based in the Twin Cities Metro area, this position will require residency within proximity of the workplace. HR students and interns are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Recruitment Assistant provides support to Recruitment Specialists and Hiring Managers in a variety of ways. Job duties include:
- Reviewing job applications
- Scheduling employment interviews
- Conducting applicant phone screens
- Responding to candidate inquiries
- Assisting Recruitment Specialists in all recruiting activities
Successful candidates will possess an associate degree in Business, HR or related field.
In addition to the educational requirements, work history should reflect the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment with a proven track record of dealing with conflicting priorities.
