In partnership with our recruitment team, this position is instrumental in ensuring the quality of the candidate's experience throughout the recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes.
Primary responsibilities include:
Coordinate the recruiting process in a high-volume environment
Post positions to external job websites
Maintain candidate information using the applicant tracking system, coordinate interview schedules, make travel arrangements as necessary, schedule candidate feedback sessions and process invoices.
Administer and coordinate the pre-employment drug screening and background investigation processes
Oversee new employee on boarding paperwork and processes (e.g., offer letters, I-9s).
Associates Degree or higher or equivalent work experience
Up to 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Coordinator role or HR administrative support role strongly desired
Direct experience in using Applicant Tracking System or similar HR system
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Effective communication and coordination with external candidates, internal employees, hiring managers and interview teams.
Detail orientation along with exceptional customer service skills
Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
Work well under pressure/deadlines while demonstrating a positive rapport
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects given short lead times
Must be results oriented individual who is able to deal with ambiguity
