Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
Job Summary:
Recruiting Associates serve as a foundational member of the recruiting team. Recruiting Associates interact directly with recruiters, leads and candidates to manage and coordinate various phases of the recruiting process. By learning our recruiting experience, Recruiting Associates will be well-positioned to continue their career path within the recruiting team, the HR team or broader Accenture.
As a key member of our team you will interact directly with the internal employees and candidates in managing and coordinating the various phases of the recruiting experience. We encourage you to apply if you have a passion for talent, innovation and learning agility.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a process subject matter expert (SME) for all recruiting teams
Support the recruiting team by managing and coordinating key activities during the recruiting process (e.g., compliance checks, background check authorizations, candidate expense reimbursement, offer letter creation, onboarding)
Utilize Accenture’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) systems to maintain candidate data and reporting
Assist recruiting teams on agile tasks including, but not limited to:
Interview scheduling
Candidate profile review / clean-up
System audits / clean-up
Event execution (e.g., assessment days)
Serves as a liaison for recruiting and shared services team to ensure appropriate support and track necessary task completion
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or 4 years of equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for talent and the recruiting experience
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in building foundational skills in recruiting
Professional Skills:
Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
Strong organization skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Outstanding client service focus

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $43,100 - $78,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
