Under the direction of the Manager of Human Resources, the Recruiter is responsible for assisting with and supporting the initiatives of the recruitment strategy. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while assisting in growing a strong talent pipeline. Provides support to designated departments on issues related specifically to employment such as recruitment, staffing, and new employee orientation. Adheres to and enforces all employment policies and laws.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Manages candidate database for potential candidates maintaining proactive and timely communication with all candidates in process.
Researches and attends job fairs, conferences and other provider recruitment opportunities. Research association publications, websites and other appropriate resources for postings. Assist with the development of promotional materials, such as banners and posters to be used at recruitment events.
Assists with facilitation of new employee orientation and leadership training on recruitment and selection.

Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.
Requires Bachelor's degree in human resources or related area, or equivalent work experience.
1 year: One year previous recruiting experience preferred.
