We are hiring a Recruiter to join our Talent/Recruiting team at Antenna. The Talent Development Manager will grow Antenna’s community of marketers by proactively seeking out new marketing consulting candidates, initiate and nurture relationships with candidates and collaborate with our sales team to fulfill client needs.

In this role you will:

  • Source, recruit, and screen prospective candidates
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for all candidates
  • Bring a depth of experience to enhance current workflows, processes, and recruiting efforts
  • Partner with the sales team throughout the entire process to fulfill talent needs at every level
  • Juggle multiple priorities at once and communicate daily priorities to the rest of the organization
  • Be diligent about data integrity and continuously update data across multiple internal and external systems
  • Engage in networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to dig in to understand candidate skills and knowledge across all levels
  • Metric driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting activities
  • Strong interest in or, working knowledge of, traditional and digital marketing
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Thrive in a highly collaborative and energetic team environment
  • Flexibility to evolve and grow as the business demands

Education/Experience

  • A minimum of 3+ years successful track record of recruiting professional candidates for a staffing or consulting organization
  • Must have experience in a fast-paced, quick turn recruiting environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or other CRM) on a Mac operating system
