This position is responsible for performing full cycle recruitment and plays a key role in developing, implementing and executing broad recruitment strategies by sourcing high quality active, passive, and diverse candidates.  This position has a particular emphasis on entry level and union represented positions and will coordinate all internal union job postings and bid periods.  This role is responsible for project managing a full workload of open requisitions from intake to offer acceptance, building and maintaining a pipeline of diverse talent, performing searches and employing advanced sourcing and candidate identification methods, and will promote and advance the employer brand to effectively engage candidates.

The person in this position will need to provide an outstanding level of customer service and have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This position requires someone with a consultative approach to recruitment and the ability to build strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field plus at least two years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems is required along with proficiency in all Microsoft office products. Previous experience sourcing candidates, a working knowledge of effective and legal recruitment/selection techniques, and an understanding of HR practices governed by federal, state, and local statutes is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization are required. Healthcare recruitment experience and experience recruiting in a union environment are preferred.
