Job Description

The Technology Recruiting Specialist is accountable for execution associated with the delivery of candidates to meet recruiting demand for Corporate Functions experienced hire recruiting. The position is a combination delivery and supervisory role and is called to make independent decisions which have major day to day impact in area of responsibility. The position oversees a team of Recruiting Specialists/contract recruiters in their daily operations associated with executing full life cycle recruitment, managing escalations, partnering with stakeholders to strategically source top diverse talent, partnering with stakeholders to manage operations and reporting to the larger recruiting teams. Counsels and provides training to team on processes, manages performance conversations with team as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Technical recruitment experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Agency recruiting experience

Professional Skills:

- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
