BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for building candidate and hiring manager relationships and filling critical roles at the corporate office and multiple field locations. This role is responsible for full lifecycle Talent Acquisition including sourcing, screening, and interviewing through offer process, the candidate journey to onboarding. This role will be responsible for adhering to standardized processes, executing Therapy Brands and industry best practices, and adhering to our overall Talent Acquisition Strategy.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Maintain positive, collaborative and pro-active relationships with all people, to maintain business-relevant, strong working relationships
- Continually seek process improvements and recommend efficiencies on an ongoing basis
- Maintain constant communication and coordination with hiring managers to ensure needs are being met and gaps are being filled
- Understand market conditions for targeted sources
- Develop and lead the execution of innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans; ideally by being involved in the local labor markets
- Partner with leadership and other key stakeholders to aid in the development of our employer brand and talent acquisition strategy; manage our employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other recruiting channels
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives
- Proactively source passive candidates through internet recruiting resources, networking, employee referrals and other channels; develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System to post positions, manage applicant flow and provide activity reports to internal constituencies
- Provide guidance regarding employment, specifically related to appropriately following applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Build effective relationships with external recruiting sources. Work to improve the effectiveness of all sources
- Understand the details of the specific roles, compensation, benefits, and other topics essential to effective recruitment
- Assist with monthly talent reporting metrics
- Other duties as assigned but not listed in support of our growing Talent Acquisition team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION
- B.S. degree or higher in related fields
- 5+ years high volume recruiting experience and proven success required
- Executive and/or Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Broad knowledge of corporate functional roles, at all levels, preferably in the healthcare SaaS environment
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to create a positive impression of the company and enhanced the candidate experience with excitement
- Consultative communication skills with the ability to influence the hiring manager(s) and departments to create an efficient and enjoyable hiring experience
- Social Media recruiting knowledge: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

- Solid working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Technologically agile – you learn new software easily (examples: UltiPro, #Slack, Gmail, MS Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.)
- Exceptionally skilled in MS Excel or Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds. Moderate noise.
