Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly,Inc. family of brands,is looking for a dynamic, high energy Sales Recruiter to join our highly successful Talent Acquisition team. This role will recruit and provide support in hiring multiple sales roles across the US. This is a temporary role with an expected duration of 3 months initially. This role is open to being 100% work from home.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Lead the recruiting initiatives for assigned sales roles across the country
- Establish and cultivate positive and effective business partnerships with Lifetouch hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team colleagues
- Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
- Creative sourcing of candidates as needed
- Review applications and confirm basic minimum qualifications, skills, interest, job fit, salary expectations, etc...
- Interviewing candidates and “selling” the opportunity
- Offers and competitive negotiations
- Talent on-boarding strategies and communications
- Evaluate, track and monitor recruiting activities against identified success goals
- Establish and cultivate positive and effective business partnerships with Lifetouch hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team colleagues
- Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
- Talent Brand Ambassador for Shutterfly, Inc. and Lifetouch. Ensuring that all interactions with candidates and hiring teams are positive and represent the core values of the company.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to continually develop and enhance recruiting programs, policies, processes, and tools
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business or related field preferred.
Skills:
- 5-8 years performing increasingly complex and broadly defined roles, specifically talent acquisition. Experience recruiting for national sales roles preferred
- Solid working knowledge of broad human resources functional areas including strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills that effectively direct, motivate, collaborate, and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent project management skills
- Computer skills, including experience using Google, Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite knowledge a plus)
- Excels in a fast-paced environment
