• Engage with hiring managers and position yourself as a trusted business partner to help build the best possible teams for the business.  Partner with hiring leaders to recognize key priorities and build sourcing & screening strategies to reflect those priorities.

• Locate and engage with active and passive talent ensuring a high degree of candidate experience.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process effectively and efficiently; maintain the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction and provide strong hiring process guidance and execution.

• Ensure a high degree of data integrity in the ATS to reflect the true state of recruiting.

• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to engage with passive talent.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: HS/GED and 6 years or Associate’s and 4 years

• Demonstrated initiative to develop and execute action plans pertaining to filling positions.

• Social media savviness.

• Basic Computer Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Associate’s and 4 years

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

• Attention to detail and excellent follow-up.

• Excellent written and oral communication.
