Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist with Life Time, you will provide overall support to the Talent Acquisition team in the areas of system enhancements, technology optimization, auditing, reporting, job postings, and other support functions as assigned. You will work closely with applicants, candidates, recruiters, talent sourcers and human resources to support Life Time's hiring needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and troubleshoot ATS technical issues for Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers
  • Escalate issues via the technology ticketing system and partner with internal and external resources to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Actively participates in gathering and documenting system requirements for new builds or enhancement requests
  • Works as a liaison with the Workday Operations team in new functionality development and continuously works to improve recurring processes
  • Conduct system testing for enhancements and release updates
  • Develop Workday Recruiting knowledge documents and training materials for Recruiter and Hiring Manager reference
  • Design and conduct trainings as needed to ensure cross collaborative understandings of new or enhanced processes 
  • Provides support in the areas of reporting and analytics
  • Conducts routine audit and maintenance activities to ensure the data accuracy and optimal system performance
  • Posts, updates, and maintains active positions utilizing a wide variety of resources
  • Assists Talent Acquisition Leaders and Recruiters with ATS related projects as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 1 or more years of experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in standard computer software and reporting programs

​ Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting ATS
  • 1 or more years of experience working as a system administrator
  • 1 or more years of experience supporting a recruiting team
  • Solution oriented and self-motivated
