Associate College Recruiter
If you’re passionate about leading projects, working cross-functionally and connecting talented individuals to open positions, the Ag Business Recruitment (ABR) College Recruiter position is a great opportunity for you. This role works closely with the broader ABR team to drive college and full-time recruiting strategies for our cooperative system. Job duties include:
Develop a centralized ABR campus recruiting strategy, aligning with the corporate college relations team & our internal partners to execute effective fall & spring strategies
Drive a pipeline connecting former interns to full-time opportunities with member cooperatives and across the enterprise
Work with the Digital Communication Manager to develop ABR content marketing strategy
Create campaigns designed to drive active & passive candidates to ABR talent communities
Lead the planning, development, and execution of summer intern programming – including trainings & wrap-up presentation events
Recruit for intern and seasonal positions within the Land O’Lakes cooperative system
Other recruiting focused projects related to team success
Travel to college campuses is required as well as travel for internal and external meetings. Travel will be approximately 15-20% with seasonal increases during the fall and spring recruiting seasons.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Agriculture or related degree
0-3 years of HR, recruiting, college recruiting, sourcing or event management experience; Ag industry experience a plus
Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills are required
Experience with recruiting technology and tools such as Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed is a plus
Must be a self-starter and a team player with an outgoing personality
Must be flexible & resilient and have the ability to adapt to changes in process
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Agile communication skills, verbal and written, especially with candidates & business partners
