As our Talent Operations Coordinator, and the face of the company, you’ll have the opportunity to drive a premier candidate experience, process improvements, and add value to 8x8’s Talent Acquisition & HR Team.

Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, you will have a unique perspective into the interviewing experience. In addition, you will have an integral role in helping us identify best practices as we implement creative and efficient solutions for a world class interviewing experience in our new Minneapolis office location. On top of that you will have the opportunity to grow your skill set by supporting special recruiting and HR events/projects.

Core Responsibilities 

Partner with in-house recruiting team to schedule and coordinate onsite interviews and confirm details with candidates

Greets and host candidates while they are onsite in our Minneapolis Office

Assist with coordination and portions of the Day 1 New Hire onboarding session in Minneapolis

Coordinate special recruiting events (e.g., new hire socials)

Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system

Assist with recruiting & HR projects as needed

Ideal individual is outgoing, presentable, meticulous with details and has excellent communications skills.

Core Competencies

Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to articulate the Candidate Value Proposition for 8x8

Communicates professionally and tactfully, both verbally and in writing

Educations and Experience

Bachelor’s degree

0-3 years of experience working in a Recruiting Coordinator/Operations/Scheduling/Admin role in a fast-paced, high-tech, start-up environment
