We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract and hire highly-qualified employees, as well as build an on-going talent pipeline
  • Actively source and recruit candidates from a variety of media, job-boards, websites, networks, and professional associations
  • Create, post, and monitor all job postings and recruiting advertisements
  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants for open positions
  • Manage LinkedIn presence
  • Finalize candidate selection and extend offers/rejection letters
  • Plan and execute the firm’s competitive campus recruiting strategy
  • Lead and develop the campus recruiting program
  • Coordinate and facilitate logistics associated with on and off-campus events
  • Maintain relationships with campus career services offices, professors, and clubs/organizations
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews on-campus and in-office
  • Coordinate, plan and execute Summer Experience Program
  • Lead the onboarding of new employees
  • Work with the marketing team to create messaging to promote Redpath to prospective employees
  • Other HR projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Knowledge of recruitment, firm and selection techniques and requirements
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Self-starter with creativity in developing and implementing new strategies and process improvements
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, firm leadership and colleagues
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proficient with using social media for candidate engagement
  • Strong organization skills to, handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Passionate and energized about people and recruitment
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of time
  • Ability to work evenings as required
