Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support to the Talent Acquisition team and interacts with multiple divisions throughout the Andersen Corporation and Renewal by Andersen enterprise. The role supports Talent Acquisition by coordinating activities throughout the hiring/onboarding process to ensure consistency, efficiency and excellent candidate experience.
- Offer Letter administration: prepare, finalize, distribute and collect all offer letter paperwork
- Process new hire information ensuring forms are complete and accurate, enter new hires utilizing PeopleSoft/HRIS and schedule New Hire Orientation
- Develops and maintain reporting structures designed to track recruitment/onboarding plans, metrics and overall progress
- Support Talent Acquisition department through ordering supplies, job fair preparation, and community partnerships
- Management, promotion, administration, processing, and reporting for the Andersen employee referral program and new hire signing bonuses.
- Create, manage and maintain Talent Acquisition events calendars and logistics
- Field applicant and manager inquiries using excellent customer service and communication skills
- Initiates and tracks pre-employment screening process and provides updates to applicants and Talent Acquisition Partners throughout the screening process
- Manage, track and report daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics
- Assist Talent Acquisition Partner as needed in all aspects of recruitment including posting job requisitions, phone screens and ATS management. Also coordinate candidate travel as needed to include air, hotel and ground transportation
- Partners with HRIS in coordinating new hire set - up
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's/Associate degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with team members and hiring managers at all levels of the organization and represent Andersen Corporation and Renewal by Andersen in a professional manner
- Familiar with recruiting process and strategies
- Strong interpersonal aptitude
- Strong attention to detail, and process management skills
- Ability to properly handle and manage confidential data and documentation
- Strong computer skills/knowledge utilizing (Microsoft Products/Outlook)
- Adaptability to frequently changing work environment
- Prior experience supporting multiple recruiters in a high volume fast paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders
