Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports our casting activities for Club frontline positions. Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include posting new job requisitions, screening resumes, evaluating candidate pipelines, creating & distributing recruitment marketing campaigns, scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports club Leaders to hire efficiently and keep the hiring process running.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Audits and posts all club frontline job requisition requests
  • Monitors candidate pipelines
  • Sends recruitment marketing campaigns through Talent Relationship Management tool
  • Uses applicant tracking system to manage open roles
  • Responds to all candidate questions during application process
  • Coordinates interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Prepares job offers
  • Prepares reports on new hire metrics

​Position Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of related work experience
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task​

​​ Preferred Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Working knowledge with Workday Recruiting
  • Experience with talent selection assessments
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
