As the Sr. Recruitment Marketing Business Partner, your responsibilities are two-fold: 1) to support the development and implementation of marketing and media strategies for HQ hiring needs; 2) To plan and maintain the data and insight-driven optimal running of the Target Career Site. You will serves as strategic liaison/Marketing consultant to external and internal partner teams. You will also ensure communication of project work across TA S&O and HR to key TA/Field leaders.

Develop and help execute marketing and media strategies based on HQ-related Talent Acquisition priorities
Work closely with Internal Marketing partners as well as External agency partners to clearly communicate marketing goals, media strategies and track results through clearly defined KPIs and Success Metrics
Build key marketing strategy documents such marketing and media briefs
Partner closely with content strategist to ensure messaging for media plans are Target branded and achieve the required messaging goals
Provide data-driven recaps and recommendations for the future based on insights, trends and innovation
Plan and regularly track budgets for marketing initiatives planned
Partner with Internal Communications partner, content strategist and recruitment marketing agency to ensure that the Target Career site experience is accurate, relevant and is optimized from a candidate experience perspective
Analyze data and market insights across media/marketing programs and career site to make pivots/updates on strategies. Ultimately all strategies, plans and tactics to be data-driven and built within the objective of continuous monitoring and optimizing.
As necessary, partner with other HR and cross-company teams to accomplish project goals and objectives.
Serve as a resource for TA leaders, recruiters/sourcers and process business partners/consultants.

Strong project management experience
Project Management training/certified
Previous media, marketing experience a plus
