The Position: The position of Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition is an innovative, high impact role that will drive the company’s strategic goal to build the best team in security! This role will report directly to the CHRO and will be a critical member of the Human Resources Leadership team. The Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition will own the recruitment strategy and initiatives focused on: strategic talent attraction planning; sourcing and selection; leveraging technology and process to improve scale, efficiency and experience; and increase candidate pipelines by partnering with key stakeholders to support our employment value proposition and build our talent brand. This position leads a high performing team of 8 talent acquisition professionals spanning the U.S., Canada, and United Kingdom, and is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment globally across over 30 countries.

How you will make an impact:
Proactively build strong relationships with the business and HR professionals as a trusted advisor of talent strategies and develop partnerships with external organizations that provide diverse, skilled candidate pipelines.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion in all aspects of the talent attraction, selection and hiring processes as well as demonstrated commitment and actions in general as a leader in our company.
Partner with corporate marketing and culture and communications to grow the employer brand in order to improve the quality of talent pools, entice more candidates to accept offers and increase candidate engagement.
Ensure technology is used to improve talent attraction, selection, hiring and onboarding effectiveness.
Outline requirements for an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Provide leadership and management to team of global recruiters, including hiring, performance management, performance reviews, individual development, and monitoring of team performance against department standards, and ensure that these standards are consistently met or exceeded
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience leading a global talent acquisition team in a corporate business environment (non-contract company)
Minimum of 5 years of experience directly recruiting (all types of positions – professional, technical, sales, exempt, non-exempt, and leadership positions)
Experience with DEI strategy and execution
Experience leveraging recruiting technologies, websites and application tracking system to deliver best in class processes and key performance metrics
Experience with global recruiting
