JOB OBJECTIVE
At Sportsdigita, our people are our most important resource. We’re looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to become one of them, and to help us find them. You will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Responsibilities include the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying future hiring needs
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Collaborate with department managers to compile lists of requirements for positions
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Determine applicant qualifications by verifying references
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Provide recruitment reports for all open positions
- Implement a recruitment process
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps, Payroll/HR systems (e.g. ADP) will be a plus
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
